Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return period. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to lodge a return request.
For a change-of-mind return, we offer store credit or exchange only (no refunds), in line with the terms below and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it:

Unworn and unwashed

Free from deodorant, makeup, tan or other marks

With all original tags and labels attached
-
In the original packaging (where applicable)

With proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
To start a return, please contact us at info@titaniumempire.com.au with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you:

A prepaid Australia Post return label (for eligible Australian orders), and
-
Instructions on how and where to send your parcel.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Free returns within Australia
We offer free return shipping within Australia for eligible returns lodged within 30 days of delivery.
If you are returning items from outside Australia (if/when available), return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.
Damages, faults and incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if:

Your item is faulty or damaged, or
-
You have received the wrong item or size.
Email info@titaniumempire.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos so that we can assess the problem and make it right.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to your choice of a replacement or refund. For minor issues, we may repair, replace or refund at our discretion.
In addition to your ACL rights, we offer 90-day workmanship coverage on seams, stitching and trims. If you experience an issue with workmanship within 90 days of purchase, please contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, and in order to keep our standards high, the following items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:

Items that have been worn, washed or altered

Items with deodorant, makeup, tan or other marks

Items without original tags and labels attached

Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase

Gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before submitting your return.
Exchanges
We don’t hold stock for like-for-like exchanges.
The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

Lodge a return request for the original item, and
-
Once your return is approved and processed, use your store credit to place a new order for the correct size/colour.
This helps ensure you don’t miss out on popular styles or sizes.
Refunds
For change-of-mind returns that meet our conditions, we generally issue store credit rather than refunds.
Refunds will only be provided where required by law, including:

If your item has a major failure under the Australian Consumer Law, or
-
If we are unable to supply the product you ordered, or
-
In limited cases where a refund has been agreed with our team.
Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.
We aim to process returns within 7 business days of receiving your parcel at our warehouse. We’ll notify you once we’ve inspected your return and confirm whether it has been approved.

If a refund has been approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds.

If store credit has been approved, you’ll receive a digital credit or code you can use at checkout.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we confirmed your return outcome and you have not received your refund or store credit, please contact us at info@titaniumempire.com.au.
